Make a visit to 9/11 memorial and museum if you are in New York. The memorial is constructed to pay homage to the victims who lost their lives during September 11, 2011 world trade center attacks and during bombing in 1993 on world trade center. Located at the former location of Twin Towers which was destroyed during the September 11 attacks, the memorial symbolizes and urges peace all across the globe and distinctly delivers a message that ”Terrorism and war spares no one and kills the most innocent people everywhere”. The memorial is designed by Israeli architect Michael Arad and is maintained by a non- profit organization. A splendid hanging suspension bridge which happened to be the worlds longest suspension bridge till its completion in 1883 is something you cant afford to miss in New York. The bridge which has a total length of 5,989ft is 84.3m high above average high water and has a width of 85ft. The towers of the bridge is made up of limestone, granite and rosendale cement.
